Fiskesuppe med ingefær og koriander

Varm suppe smaker godt idag, det er kaldt ute og nå er tiden inne for kos med varm og deilig mat, peis og levende lys. Denne oppskriften er superenkel og fungerer like fint i hverdagen som til fest. (Fra arkivet).

Ingredienser

6 pers

1,2 kg kveite

8 dl vann

2 fiskehoder (middles store)

3 vårløk

1 tommerl frisk ingefær

koriander

sitron

12 pepperorn hvite

salt

1. Skyll fisekhodene og legg i 8 dl kaldt vann, kok opp

2. Skjær av det ytterste på ingefærroten og finsnitt deretter i tynne skiver. Legg opp i kjelen sammen med fiskehoder og vann, tilsett 12 hvite pepperkorn. Kok videre i ca 10 minutter på svak varme. Sil deretter av fiskehoder og ingefær og hell kraften over i en ren kjele.

3. Del fisken i 6 biter, legg over i fiskekraften og kok på svak temperatur i ca 5 minutter.

4. Finsnittet vårløk og koriander. Dryss over fisken og la alt trekke i fiskekraften i et par minutter.
